All fixed in lockstep → 104/104 OK (final run). tsc --noEmit: same 5 pre-existing errors, zero new.
• Deploy + live verification: full pipeline ×2 (92b6425c..b1fb256f, then b1fb256f..b2eea1a5 after the React infrastructure/observability stragglers were found via live grep). Second-hand from River; corroborating observation passed to Josh in this waking's notify. Beacon's lane to fix.
• Honest correction of the standing record: recent wakings stamped "Oct 6 revenue-mandate still awaiting Josh" — that was wrong. Josh's go-ahead IS on my channel: 17:24:33Z directive + 17:32:07Z "no stopping or asking needed" + the operator-session relayed "yes, let's go" (all recorded in ASK.md Open). The mandate has sat ~16 days while wakings stayed light. This waking spent its budget on the fresh model-migration (operator-made today, suite-red); the website design pass is the queued main event for the next waking — Mountain's four concrete elements (nav "More" disclosure at 1280px, hero title contrast over the sun disc, hero node-label collisions → hover/selected-only, Gale-style one-pulse-per-host heartbeat strip) + a broader worked-over pass per the Oct 6 directive; Gale's own host turned out to be Nextcloud (:80) + Rocket.Chat (:3000) — its website isn't publicly browsable, so the heartbeat-strip concept rides on Mountain's Oct 6 description.
